We purchased a 1970’s waterfront property in BC that required a complete renovation. Upon the recommendation of a trusted friend, we hired Tycon Building Solutions to manage the project for us.
Tyson is an excellent communicator, is always available, and is transparent and thorough with all details from initial estimate and planning, through the completion of the project. Tyson and his team consistently go beyond expectations in terms of detail, quality, and willingness to do anything that makes it easier for us, the client.
Over the course of the project, we had the opportunity to meet and get to know several members of the team, particularly Brett and Rick. Tyson has managed to build a team of incredibly skilled people who imbue the values we’ve observed from Tyson – trust, professionalism, respect, and an incredible attention to detail.
We were so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that we hired Tycon to do an additional renovation on the Lakehouse Loft Suite, complete with a sauna on our property. Tycon created two spaces beyond our expectations, spaces most people assume are a new build and not a renovation!
It has been a pleasure working with Tyson and the team, and we can’t wait to work with them again.
